Who we are looking for
Are you client-centric and data-savvy at the same time? Do you want to be at the center of innovation for access to public transport? Do you want to join a team of highly motivated and fun people? Then you came to the right place! We are looking for a Product Manager (Product Platform) 80-100% in Germany who wants to evolve our products in a client- and user-centric way. This role will focus on our core products, particularly on supporting the expansion of our FAIRTIQ app. You will be part of our product team, dedicated to innovating and promoting our product portfolio. Your Mission
Enable FAIRTIQ's rapid expansion into new regions by creating scalable, low-friction operational foundations. You will ensure that payment, reporting, tariff, and operational processes are delivered quickly and reliably, allowing new regions to launch with minimal effort and maximum speed. Your focus is to remove barriers to growth today while building the systems and processes that enable profitability through scale tomorrow.
What You'll Do
- Develop our product platform to support our growth
- Speed up end-to-end expansion experience for new FAIRTIQ regions, from concept to successful launch.
- Define and drive the roadmap for payment, reporting, tariff implementation and region setup tooling.
- Identify and remove operational, technical, and organizational bottlenecks that slow down market and feature launches.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development, multiple engineering teams, as well as operations and other product managers.
- Balance short-term speed-to-market objectives with long-term scalability and profitability.
- Develop and refine long-term strategies for expansion blockers outside of current core markets.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Operations, Expansion, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
- Experience working with payments, pricing/tariffs, reporting, or platform products is a plus.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make pragmatic decisions that accelerate delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence using data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias toward action and getting things done.
- Passion for creating scalable solutions that enable growth across multiple markets and customer segments.
- Fluency in English; German and/or French are a plus.
