Job Summary
We are seeking an operational leader to oversee our day-to-day index platform, ensuring the absolute accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of all index calculations and publications. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, pioneer platform enhancements, and implement innovative solutions to scale our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & QC: Oversee daily index platform operations, ensuring timely calculation, publication, and rigorous quality control of all index data (prices, market caps, etc.).
• Platform Innovation: Partner with IT to drive automation, integrate new technology tools, and improve platform scalability.
• Process Improvement: Diagnose, streamline, and optimize operational workflows to mitigate risk and boost efficiency.
• Incident & Project Management: Swiftly resolve data discrepancies and lead platform enhancement projects from conception to delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8-10+ years of relevant experience in index and data management, backed by a Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial instruments and markets (CFA designation is a strong plus).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, MSCI, Thomson Reuters, Markit).
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional data diagnostic skills with a meticulous eye for detail and controls.
• Soft Skills: A self-starting team player with strong learning agility, excellent communication skills, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
