Presbyterian Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist that will join the established Wound/Ostomy group in the Albuquerque metro area. We’re all about well-being, starting with yours. We offer a nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available, CME allowance and fully paid malpractice insurance.
Practice Highlights:
- 14-16 patients per day
- Wound Treatment Assistants available per provider
- Chronic wound & ostomy management: evaluation and assessment, diagnosis, treatment, including debridement of wounds and application of appropriate dressings, establish plan of care and maintain continuous treatment
- No call obligation
- Daily Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Student Loan Forgiveness eligible under PSLF and NM Health Professional Loan Repayment Program
What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in nursing.
- Current New Mexico Advanced Practice Nursing as CNS or NP License required.
- Three to five years’ experience in wound care nursing OR one to three years’ experience in wound care or ostomy preferred.
- Requires Wound Specialist & Ostomy certification within one year of hire.
- Case management and or home care experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
