Stepherson & Associates Communications (S&A) is a Seattle-based public involvement consulting firm. Our 25-person staff thoughtfully engages diverse communities in public infrastructure projects during planning, design, and construction. We work on projects that make a positive difference in communities throughout the Pacific Northwest on projects with a focus on the transportation, land use/planning, water, natural resources, and energy sectors. We are committed to conducting equitable community engagement, creating high quality work products, and ensuring a fun and high-functioning workplace, and we are steadily growing.
