What You Will Achieve

The Pfizer US Rare Disease Cardiac Regional Sales Coordinator will coordinate all administrative responsibilities in support of the Rare Cardiac NationalNational Sales Team through direction from the Regional Business Directors.

The Regional Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for managing progress against priority projects of high interest to the team. The role requires project management proficiency and accountability for leading projects to completion while adhering to pre specified timelines and budget. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally across the Specialty Business Stakeholders and work closely with coordinators from across HQ and US Biopharma Businesses when required.

In addition, the Regional Coordinator will ensure coordination of meetings, reports, calendar management, and follow through in a high quality and timely manner. This position will require strong communication ability, attention to detail, proactive planning, problem solving, and self-direction along with the ability to identify opportunities and solve issues impacting overall efficiency and operational effectiveness of our teams. The role will collaborate with the CEP Coordinator, Operations, other RegionalSales Coordinators, and other cross functions to support various initiatives across our teams. The Coordinator may also cross cover/support with other teams based on business priorities as appropriate.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the Rare Cardiac Leadership TeamT in the form of coordination, collaboration, communication, and ownership for a variety of high-level based initiatives.
  • Planning and support for internal LT meetings, cross functional meetings, and customer meetings which may include development/distribution of meeting objectives, agendas, and logistical communications. Managing and coordinating internal stakeholder engagement including culture building activities. Coordination of customer/account visits, conferences, and symposium attendance when applicable
  • MS Outlook Calendar Management and coordination travel arrangements for RBDs
  • Support the development of organizational communications and executive presentations.
  • Development and management of key projects tracker and ensuring accountability for providing updates and closing actions items
  • Assist LT/Operations with informational requests and data compilation. Provide ad hoc analytics support as needed to support business decisions when applicable.
  • Coordinates all aspects of sales engagement for RBDs and collective meetings including POA's, planning meetings, meetings, team buildings, external stakeholder meetings, sales team engagement. This includes venue recommendations & selection, AV and catering needs, travel and logistics (in partnership with SC Enablement Team and Pfizer Meetings Team).
  • Management of key enabling systems supporting the Sales Teams. Report processing including expenses, requisitions, and POs for the Regional Business Directors. Manage expenses including input Concur entries and conducting initial audit of Concur submissions and audit for compliance PTE Policy via first reviews.
  • Partners with LT, Operations, and Finance to manage budgets and appropriate reporting.
  • Partners with PX on production of staffing reports, organizational charts. Manages communication distribution lists. Maintains files and databases accordingly.
  • Manages systems coordination for the RBDs and collective team (Pfizer Aligns, ePA3, Teams, Ariba, Work Day, Outlook, vendor credentialing, field roster and distribution lists)
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires (arranging interviews, assisting with internal transfers, updating OM, new external on boarding request for LAN ID and PFE email accounts, laptop and iPad shipment). Assist with off boarding of voluntary / and involuntary terminations
  • Assisting in the management and the execution of the brand and national sales team communications


Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
  • 5+ years of related administrative business experience
  • Strong track record meeting personal and team goals
  • Proven record of implementing projects and process improvements
  • Possess a positive, continuous improvement mindset
  • Takes initiative and works pro-actively
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and learning agility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

  • Strong collaborator with proven ability to represent Leadership Team in managing relationships, issues, and initiatives effectiveness.


Nice-to-Have
  • Strong knowledge of Pfizer systems and applications, including Ariba, Pfizer Travel & Expenses, MS Teams, SharePoint and Yammer
  • Experience using applications, such as Concur, WebEx and Ariba
  • Ability to take direction and work with minimal oversight
  • Support leaders to ensureEnsure sales colleagues are kept up to date with current policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support which may include the following:
  • Triage emails, sort/route mail, coordinate/schedule travel , maintain distribution lists, and Microsoft Office support as needed

The salary for this position ranges from $31.99 to $53.31 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
