Company OverviewOur client is a fast-growing private equity and infrastructure fund based in Hong Kong. With a growing portfolio of assets, they are expanding their team to support their continued growth and success. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as Vice President of Investor Relations.

Job Summary
The Vice President of Investor Relations will be a key member of the team, responsible for managing and developing relationships with the firm's limited partners (LPs). This individual will play a crucial role in all aspects of investor relations, including fundraising, event execution, and LP communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor relations within the private equity or alternative investment space, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for LPs, responding to inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of investor satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Play a key role in fundraising efforts for new and existing funds. This includes preparing marketing materials, coordinating roadshows, and managing the due diligence process for potential investors.
- Plan and execute a variety of investor events, including annual meetings, advisory board meetings, LP meetings, and other investor-related gatherings. This includes managing logistics, preparing presentations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and update presentations, pitchbooks, and other marketing materials for use in investor meetings and fundraising activities. Ensure that all materials are of the highest quality and accurately reflect the firm's investment strategy and performance.
- Manage all aspects of LP communications, including quarterly reports, newsletters, and other investor updates. Ensure that all communications are timely, accurate, and professional.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in investor relations. Provide regular updates and insights to the senior management team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related role within the private equity, infrastructure, or alternative investment industry.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Proven experience working with international investors, ideally with a focus on Europe and Asia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- An existing network of LP relationships and the ability to bring new LP resources to the firm.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
