Be a key player in maintaining the high standards of client service, quality, and regulatory compliance that JP Morgan Chase is known for.As a leader in the Corporate Third Party Oversight Operations Enablement team, you will drive the delivery of automation projects, manage regulatory submissions, and support data governance. You will collaborate with global teams to design submission templates and improve reporting processes. This role offers the chance to enhance your understanding of internal processes and contribute to the strategic goals of JP Morgan Chase.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in automating data feeds and managing regulatory submission projects.
- Support data governance to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with global teams to design submission templates and processes.
- Guide the team in understanding internal data collection processes.
- Review business requirements and manage stakeholder communications.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Escalate and resolve risks, assumptions, and dependencies promptly.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis and interpreting reporting requirements.
- Experience in data literacy and Excel for large data sets.
- Ability to enhance efficiency and improve processes.
- Collaborative skills to form working relationships with business partners.
- Aptitude for risk management, compliance, and oversight.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and evolving requirements.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in investment banking regulatory, compliance, or operational teams.
- Project management experience.
- Prior experience in regulatory reporting or designing reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
