Job Summary:
We are looking for an Experienced Manager to take on a Project Manager role within our Oracle Fusion ERP practice. The candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business processes, including Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Project to Result, and Record to Report.

Job duties of this Role:

• Manage Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Fusion ERP modules (AP, AR, GL, FA) to meet client business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
• Monitor project performance and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client outcomes.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

Come JOIN US if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and project management.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and FA modules and related business processes.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
