In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions, we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions.

The Assured PNT Technical Director will lead development of secure multi-sensor navigation equipment across the Navigation and Sensor Systems users, overseeing the design, testing, and production of advanced systems for critical applications ranging from vehicles and dismounted soldiers to exquisite maritime and aviation solutions. This role requires technical expertise and a proven track record in delivering hardened navigation solutions that meet stringent performance requirements in support of US and allied combat operations.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers(software, hardware, systems, test) to delivery innovative solutions
• Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept definition through production and field support, ensuring high reliability and compliance with industry standards
• Define and implement the technical roadmap for secure, assured navigation systems aligning organizational goals with customer need and market demand
• Ensure products meet rigorous performance requirements through testing and validation
• Work across functional teams, including program management, customer requirements/sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution
• Drive research and development investments through product roadmaps for development of next-generation technologies for PNT assurance and access
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve program milestones

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's in applicable field of study, Masters preferred
• 10+ years industry experience specific to navigation, sensor fusion, and other relevant disciplines
• Proficiency in navigation sensor technologies and fusion methods/algorithm, familiarity with industry standards for DoD and affiliate development programs, ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and manage complex projects.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $169630 - $288370

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
