GLAUKOS – SR. MARKET ACCESS TRAINING MANAGER
How will you make an impact?
The Sr. Training & Development, Market Access Manager will design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs to strengthen the organization’s market access capabilities across the Glaukos franchise, internal teams, and customers. This role will define learning objectives, develop aligned training programs and materials, and ensure the organization is prepared for new product launches from a market access perspective. Collaborating with Market Access leadership and cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, HR, Legal/Compliance, and Medical Affairs—you will ensure all training programs meet business objectives and compliance standards.
What will you do?
Define and prioritize market access learning initiatives in collaboration with leadership, focusing on product knowledge, healthcare business strategies, and soft skill development.
Develop and deliver training for Reimbursement Liaisons, account teams, and sales force to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance.
Integrate market access topics into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain materials on coding, coverage, and payment for Glaukos products.
Prepare teams for new product launches (e.g., EPIOXA) with targeted market access training programs.
Align internal and external training materials with cross-functional strategic messaging.
Act as a trusted partner to Market Access, Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to build impactful educational solutions.

Requirements
How will you get here?
12+ years combined experience in sales and field reimbursement training, preferably in Market Access within the biopharma or medical device industry.
Proven ability to design and implement training programs with expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum design.
Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master’s preferred.
Additional training and development certifications a plus.
