What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor Speech Pathologists, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Deliver mobile, evidence-based speech pathology services to workplaces across Sydney.
- Collaborate with OTs, physios, and psychs to provide holistic, client-centred care.
- Drive innovation in service delivery and client outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- SPA registration + 3+ years’ experience in speech pathology (occupational health, rehab, or workplace comms ideal).
- Leadership experience or the drive to grow into it.
- Passion for mentoring early-career clinicians.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Current driver’s licence + reliable vehicle.
