Must-Have:

• Overall 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
• Proficiency in creating user stories, workflows, process documentation, business processes, and BRD

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
