We are seeking a Senior UX / UI Product Manager to drive the design and development of user-centered SaaS products in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that user experience and interface design are intuitive, elegant, and impactful. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate research and insights into actionable product improvements. You will influence the strategic direction of the product, prioritize requirements, and champion the voice of the user across all development stages. Your work will directly impact how enterprise clients engage with AI-native, data-driven solutions in a privacy-focused ecosystem.

Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on user experience and interface design for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform iterative design and development.
• Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing products with a strong focus on UX/UI.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Portfolio or examples showcasing successful product launches and design contributions.

Preferred:

• Experience with marketing tools such as CRM, email marketing platforms, or analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-native SaaS products and privacy-first data platforms.
