Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant vacancy for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Analyzing and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Designing workflows, data models, and user interfaces in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Communicating Salesforce standard functionalities and guiding business teams in adapting their processes accordingly
• Serving as the bridge between business and development teams: documenting and aligning on solution designs
• Supporting integration with external systems (e.g., policy systems, document management, email workflows)

Your experience/knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce project experience in a similar role (Solution Engineer / Consultant / Business Analyst)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, data modeling, and process design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions
• Experience in the insurance industry (e.g., post-sales processes, claims, products) is a strong plus
• Language skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
