JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Project Manager - (RC) to join our exceptional team. This position is crucial for overseeing complex projects in reinforced concrete within the civil engineering sector. The selected candidate will leverage their extensive experience to ensure project delivery that meets our high standards of safety, quality, and innovation.

As a Senior Project Manager - (RC), you will be responsible for leading project management efforts from concept to completion, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring adherence to the project schedule and budget. You'll be expected to actively engage with stakeholders, manage project risks, and implement best practices in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Develop project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, resources, and budget considerations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and mentoring team members to create a high-performance environment.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and solutions, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on project objectives.
• Implement best practices in project execution, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on reinforced concrete structures.
• At least 15 years of project management experience, specifically in reinforced concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale construction projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for planning and reporting.
• Ability to navigate complex project challenges and drive effective resolutions.
