Ihre Aufgaben

• Specific Project Focus: 5G Mobile Network Stability
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects focused on improving mobile network stability
• Analyze network performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Drive the implementation of technical and organizational measures to enhance network reliability
• Coordinate activities across internal departments (e.g., Network Operations, Planning, IT) and external suppliers
• Ensure proactive risk identification, issue resolution, and clear communication to stakeholders
• Track project milestones, ensure delivery timelines are met, and report progress to senior management
• Support the development and refinement of processes aimed at reducing incidents and increasing uptime

Das wünschen wir uns

• Strong project management background, ideally in the telecommunications or network domain
• Solid understanding of mobile network technologies (e.g., RAN, Core, ORAN, 4G/5G)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination
• Analytical mindset and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics is an advantage
