Job Description
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will lead integration efforts, optimize workflows, and enhance system architecture using tools like Workato, Salesforce, and NetSuite. You'll support cross-functional teams by improving data quality, streamlining operations, and driving scalable solutions that power business growth across the organization.
Job Overview
Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
Shift: Monday to Friday (Flexi), 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM MST
Work Setup: Work-from-Home / Remote
Your Daily Tasks
Integration & Middleware Management
- Own and maintain integrations across platforms using Workato and other iPaaS tools
- Lead development, testing, and deployment of scalable workflows
- Improve system architecture to streamline business operations
Data Management & Governance
- Oversee data structure, quality, and lifecycle across business systems
- Define and implement policies to ensure data integrity and usability
- Partner with stakeholders to enable new data tracking and reporting capabilities
Salesforce & NetSuite Enhancements
- Build and improve Salesforce flows supporting the customer journey (lead → close → renewal → churn)
- Serve as the Salesforce expert for operational handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
- Manage subscriptions, invoicing, and payments using NetSuite SuiteBilling and Zone Advanced Billing
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and analysts to support internal business functions
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives focused on scalability and user experience
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 5+ years in a systems admin, integration developer,or ETL-focused role.
- Strong experience with Workato or other middleware/iPaaS platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and custom object design.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteBilling and/or Zone Advanced Billing.
- Passion for data integrity and system scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
