Role/Department
This pivotal role sits in the COO, Technology Servicing and Solutions Business Management Function and encompasses Business Management, Project Management, Financial/Data Analysis and Communications. It is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position involves direct engagement with senior leadership and interaction with diverse stakeholders across the organization, providing strategic insights and delivering high-impact solutions.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Serve as a core member of the business management function, supporting senior executives across a broad spectrum of initiatives, including project management, communications and strategic planning
- Plan, execute and monitor key business projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage cross-practice projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment across business management partners and timely delivery of objectives.
- Problem solve and work directly with financial information and data to drive meaningful analysis, reports and presentations for senior management
- Develop and deliver quarterly, monthly and/or weekly MIS deliverables working in cooperation with the different businesses to pull the key messages and updates. Review the overall presentation of the MIS and provide feedback on enhancing to meet deliverables
- Collaborate with leadership to synthesize complex financial and operational data, delivering concise, impactful presentations for executive decision-making
- Draft clear and compelling materials, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
- Project manage and drive risk/control initiatives, ensuring timely completion, compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational objectives
- Write and build strong materials to represent the group internally and externally, i.e.. PowerPoint presentations, publication copy
- Communicate complex and important messages to key stakeholders in a succinct fashion and act as key point of contact with the many stakeholders for the broader asset servicing organization
- Partner with the Manager of Business Management to create and execute governance strategies, including oversight of processes, reporting, and issue resolution
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating initiatives across multiple regions and groups
- Support offsites and all staff meetings and other events ensuring materials and agenda are completed along with follow-ups
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel for data visualization and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of managing executive-level initiatives and handling multiple projects with competing priorities to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and exceptional written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior management and diverse audiences.
- Expertise in business writing and editing, with a knack for distilling technical content into digestible and impactful messaging.
- Adept at building governance structures, streamlining processes, and implementing automation to drive efficiency and accountability.
- A strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, generate innovative solutions, and influence outcomes across organizational levels.
- Flexible self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, across multiple regions
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other analytical tools, with a commitment to leveraging technology for improved performance.
