This is an opportunity to join a market-leading growth specialist with a global focus on sustainable infrastructure. As part of a small, high-performing team, you will work closely with the investment function and wider business, leveraging data-driven tools to deliver meaningful analytics and insights into the investment process. You will take ownership of creating and managing robust data models, optimising reporting solutions, and ensuring clean, accurate data flows seamlessly through the organisation. The role offers exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders, including Fund Heads and the Chief Investment Officer, alongside collaboration with global technology partners. What the job involves
- Design and build data models and develop interactive Power BI dashboards to support portfolio and fund-level analysis
- Partner with the wider business to design architecture for data tools, automate data flows, and ensure data quality and governance standards are met
- Maintain accurate, structured, and reliable data inputs to underpin reporting and forecasting methodologies
- Respond to data queries from stakeholders across the organisation and provide actionable insights
- Support the development of best practices for data governance, financial modelling, and analytical tool design
- Produce and maintain user guides, process documentation, and best practice materials
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify process improvements and deliver efficiencies across the investment lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- Experience in data analytics or a similar role, preferably in financial services
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Databricks
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools, primarily Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with Python for large dataset manipulation and automation
- Understanding of data modelling, database management, and process optimisation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Skilled in managing and structuring large datasets to deliver meaningful insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience with Anaplan is preferred
