The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
1. Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Facilitate all essential Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring that each event delivers value and drives improvement.
- Coach the Development Team to achieve greater self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability, enabling them to deliver high-quality increments each sprint.
- Promote agile values, principles, and practices within the squad and across the program, acting as an ambassador for the agile mindset.
- Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and optimized to maximize value delivery.
- Guide the Scrum Team in understanding the importance of clear, concise, and actionable Product Backlog items, refining and prioritizing them effectively.
- Utilize proven techniques and tools for backlog management, estimation, and prioritization, ensuring that sprint goals are achievable and well-defined.
- Ensure that the Scrum Team has a shared and deep understanding of sprint goals, product scope, and the business domain, fostering a sense of ownership and purpose.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles or blockers that may hinder the Development Team's progress, acting as an advocate for the team within the broader program.
- Initiate, lead, and support changes that enhance the team's productivity, adaptability, and delivery quality, utilizing feedback and metrics to inform improvements.
- Champion agile delivery standards and best practices across squads, contributing to the evolution of Capgemini's agile framework and ways of working.
- Promote and facilitate regular feedback loops, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement at the team and program level.
- Ensure alignment with program and organizational governance frameworks, including compliance with delivery processes, standards, and KPIs.
- Act as a bridge between the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication at all levels.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the product development lifecycle, providing transparency into progress, challenges, and changes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Release Managers, and other functional leads to ensure seamless delivery of business value and alignment of strategic priorities.

Certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent scaled agile certification
- ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) are a strong plus
