NTS is looking for a Projects Manager to join their thriving company!

Job Description:

-Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

-Define project milestones and ensure deliverables are met within specified timelines and budgets..

-Work closely with the COO and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project goals with overall organizational objectives.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and other external vendors during project execution.

-Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.

-Conduct regular status meetings and update reports to ensure all parties are well-informed on project timelines, progress, and challenges.

-Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality early in the project lifecycle.

-Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks, ensuring that projects stay on track.

-Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on the project's outcome.

-Ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and translated into project deliverables.

-Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships.

-Ensure project goals meet or exceed client expectations, delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in ERP systems, specifically with Odoo applications.

-PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.

-Proficient in risk management and adapting to changes.

-Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

-Strong leadership and team management abilities.

-Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Working days: Sunday to Thursday (Hybrid)

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00AM to 6:00PM
