Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven Project Manager to join our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant city, be part of an innovative team, and shape your career in the world of luxury lighting. Please note: this position requires daily attendance at our Riyadh office.

What You'll Do:

Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Supervise on-site installations, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and documentation.
Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders.
Coordinate approvals for technical drawings and make revisions to shop drawings as needed.
Manage order processing, shipping documents, and customs clearance.
Prepare price quotations, invoices, and handle financial documentation.
Provide post-installation support and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with project managers and gather all relevant project information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management and site supervision, with a focus on cost control and documentation.
Strong planning abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with Preciosa Lighting's product portfolio is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to conduct business in both languages.
Willingness to travel, primarily within Saudi Arabia.
