Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business continuity.
- Identify and manage risks, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance.
- Collaborate with business development teams to pursue new opportunities.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including proven success in project delivery.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
- Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Extensive prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).
