Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Work Type: Full Time, 5 or 6 days per week

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 AED

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of key projects within the chemical industry. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating teams, overseeing site operations, and ensuring project completion within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives and requirements.

On-Site Management

• Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Consultant & Report Management

• Manage and coordinate activities of on-site consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Review and compile detailed project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining a clear audit trail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5-7 years) in project management, preferably in the chemical or mechanical industry.
• Strong track record of managing on-site operations and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
• Experience in plant construction or similar large-scale projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction and chemical industries.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
