Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all construction and finishing stages, ensuring quality control.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and site teams.
• Prepare and update timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience in construction/project management.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing materials and processes.
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
