JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the project. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In addition to managing scope, resources, and risks, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the core project team, fostering collaboration, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all team members remain aligned with project objectives and client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and guide the core project team in achieving project objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Oversee and manage the successful delivery of all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Undertake any additional duties or reasonable tasking as requested by the client, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving project needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Events, project management

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations and projects

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively, ensuring project delivery within targets.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic & English.
