主な業務内容:

必要なスキルと資格:

• プロジェクトマネジメントの専門知識: 5年以上のプロジェクト管理経験
• 複雑なプロジェクトの完遂の実績
• プロジェクト管理(例:アジャイル,ウォーターフォール)の知識
• 日本語(N2以上)および英語の会話能力
• プロジェクトの進捗状況,リスク,マイルストーンを経営層やステークホルダーに効果的に伝える能力

Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join their Project Delivery and Execution Team. This role focuses on managing the successful delivery of business-critical projects within the company (e.g. Operational improvements, Regulatory/Compliance, System migration) by both Waterfall and or Agile delivery methodology. Contribute to improvement and strengthening of project governance and service quality to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business critical projects
• Drive decisions regarding project priorities/business requirements to manage project scope, budget, resources and delivery risks
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with internal procedures and policies
• Build & maintain working relationships with IT and business stakeholders for project control
• Contribute to improving the overall service level of the Project Execution & Delivery to the business
• Manage project schedule and create deliverables in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project Management Expertise Minimum of 5+ years of experience in end-to-end project management.

• Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or above) and strong English-speaking capabilities.

• Ability to effectively convey project updates, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Personal Attributes:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
