Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- You will lead the execution of medium sized projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policies, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environmental requirements, financial targets and schedule commitments.
- Projects are small, on the scale of 100,000 dollers. Maximum is 20-30 million dollers. Usually it is on the scale of 1-3 million dollers. The number of people in charge varies depending on the size of the project, from 1 to 20. The annual average is 5-10 million dollers.
- Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- University graduate or above, electrical engineering preferred (mechanical engineering also acceptable)
- At least 5 years of project management experience or project engineering experience or sales experience
- [Japanese]JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
- [English]Business level (reading, writing, speaking)
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
