Position: Senior Project Manager (Bilingual)

Location: Tokyo (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact initiative focused on cookie governance within the information security and privacy domain. This role involves close collaboration with both technical and business teams across a large, global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project delivery from planning through execution
• Manage stakeholder communication in both English and Japanese
• Drive cookie discovery, analysis, and documentation efforts
• Ensure alignment with internal standards and governance policies
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Japanese)
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred:

• PM certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, or information security
