About Organization

The Core Network Department is primarily responsible for ensuring the stable operation of Rakuten Mobile's currently available data and voice services, as well as the design and deployment of new services.

This Section is responsible for annual budget management, financial tasks, admin routines and Governance and project management support.

Job Duties

Responsible for project management, including liaising with relevant parties, towards the commerce implementation of core network services.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on 4G/5G core network technologies, governance, compliance, or automation.
Good Understanding of 3GPP standards and 4G/5G network architectures (e.g., EPC, 5GC)
Bachelor of Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and virtualized network functions (VNFs) ; Familiarity with network automation frameworks and best practices.

English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
