Meine Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche fachliche Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf HR-Prozesse und -Systeme im SAP-Umfeld (z.B. SAP RISE / H4S4 Transformation, Einführung einer digitalen Personalakte),
• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-internen und bereichsübergreifenden Fachabteilungen,
• Planung, Koordination und Überwachung aller Projektphasen inklusive Mitwirkung bei bspw. User Acceptance Tests und Hypercare-Phasen,
• Fachliche Beurteilung und eigenständige Tätigkeiten zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Implementierungsphase, z.B. während des Parallelbetriebs von Systemen,
• Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des eigenen Fachbereichs, insbesondere mit dem Payroll-Team und weiteren Spezialist*innen,
• Identifikation und Management von Risiken sowie proaktive Lösungsentwicklung,
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeit, Budget und Qualität in den Projekten,
• Fachliche Leitung, Steuerung und Motivation von interdisziplinären Projektteams,
• Abstimmung von Projektplänen sowie Erstellung von Statusberichten und Präsentationen für das Management,
• Projektbegleitende Dokumentation und Sicherstellung des erforderlichen Wissenstransfers,
• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, einschließlich der Geschäftsführung.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der (fachlichen) Leitung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise im HR-Umfeld und mit SAP-Systemen,
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und/oder SuccessFactors mit den Schwerpunkten Entgeltabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Personaladminstration, Stammdaten und Organisationsmanagement,
• Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von HR- oder vergleichbaren Prozessen,
• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit in tarifgebundenen / regulierten Unternehmen mit Gruppen- / Konzernstrukturen,
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit gängigen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Wasserfall),
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (beides mindestens C1-Niveau),
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen,
• Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und interdisziplinäre Denkweise.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
