Project Manager For Application Services Project

WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING:

• This position holds end-to-end responsibility for the transition of global application services, with a strong focus on SAP solutions, Microsoft technologies, and proprietary platforms. It plays a key role in project delivery, acting as the primary coordination point for customer engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the transition of application services in international environments.
• Acting as the main liaison for customers throughout project phases.
• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution, including the alignment of SAP module consultants.
• Facilitating structured knowledge transfer and onboarding sessions for United VARs partners.
• Collaborating with service operations teams to ensure readiness for ongoing support.
• Working closely with colleagues based in the Alexandria office and across global locations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & APPROACH:

• Proven experience in managing SAP-related projects and application services, with broad knowledge across SAP modules and business processes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Up-to-date certifications in IT project management are highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are a plus.
