About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing, agile company that delivers high-quality project services to leading telecom providers across Europe. With a strong focus on fiber infrastructure (FTTH), they are known for their operational excellence, data-driven project management, and close collaboration with major clients. Their services include satellite tracking, telemetry, radar station operations, and internet access.

They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a background in telecom to help drive the successful execution of key projects in Germany and ensure effective coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication point between the company and their major clients (focusing on Telecom sector)
• Extract, interpret, and report on project data from CRM systems
• Track overall project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and quality
• Coordinate with internal leaders to align on tasks, priorities, and resource needs
• Deliver accurate and actionable forecasts based on CRM data and project insights
• Identify potential delays or issues and proactively recommend solutions
• Ensure accurate backup and tracking of all sales in internal systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management and project management within the telecom or FTTH industry
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, workflows, and delivery models
• Strong data handling and analytical skills
• Ability to clearly communicate project updates and performance metrics
• Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client site
• Native German and fluent English skills. Norwegian is a plus
