We are looking for a Project Manager with 10 years of experience on Data Center projects with a specific focus on planning, cost management and risk management.
The person must be based in Dresda.
Responsibilities
- Align Projects with Portfolio/Organization goals and objectives;
- Develop Company and Project standards, templates and work-breakdown structure;
- Developing Risk Management Templates and Management plans;
- Project Budgeting and Forecasting Templates and Reporting;
- Optimizing Project Strategies to enable better outcomes for future Projects.
Key Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Data Center, Equipment Rack and rPDU delivery, Structured Cabling System, Power and Cooling Systems, FM200 Fire Suppression System, and other related systems for typical Data Center operations.
- Project Management, including Planning/Scheduling, Cost Management, Contract Management, Change Management
- Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and Project Coding Structures and ability to implement cost management work processes on projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Data Center Technology Fitout Projects and Construction Methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of Risk Management
- Demonstrated supplier management ability in construction project delivery
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, German and English
