Charterhouse is working a leading contracting firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-rise construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and benefits package, with the opportunity to work on landmark developments that shape the UAE skyline.

About the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and final handover. This role will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The Project Manager will also coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

About you

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, with additional qualifications such as PMP or a master's in project management being advantageous. The ideal candidate must have between 8 to 12 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE or GCC region, and a proven track record of managing high-rise tower projects valued between AED 10 - 50 Millon or more.
