Description
Your missionWe're looking for a Project Manager (all genders) who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to lead the charge on some of the most exciting engineering challenges in modern aviation. You'll work at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and aviation - driving forward projects that will change the way we fly. No day will be the same and you will be given a healthy amount of responsibility and autonomy, always supported by the team.
Your Day-to-Day
- Take the lead on managing cross-functional project teams through all phases of the product development lifecycle, from concept, to certification and beyond.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Proactively identify challenges before they arise, and keep our mission on track with smart, flexible solutions.
- Be the hub that connects engineering, certification, manufacturing, and strategy teams.
- Drive excellent project communication, gaining alignment across the various stakeholders.
- Champion project management tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure everything we deliver meets the highest safety and regulatory standards.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrialisation, Aerospace, or a related field.
- 5+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects - ideally in aerospace, automotive, or product development focused sector.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, or equivalent).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- A natural ability to lead, motivate, and bring clarity to cross-functional teams and stakeholders alike.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environment.
- Fluent in English.
