Description

• Support project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and documentation to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Assist in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with project requirements.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
