We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of impactful, customer-facing ABOUT YOU Shop features, which combine functionality, logic, UI/UX and data.

You will be part of the Customer & Shop Intelligence Circle Cluster and be responsible to drive projects involving multiple Frontend & Backend Shop Tech Teams.

What you will do

• Conceptualize complex customer-facing features that combine smart business logic, UX, and technical feasibility - serving millions of fashion-hungry Users with solutions like AI-driven recommendations or size fitting tools
• Drive cross-team product initiatives end-to-end: from initial idea and business impact evaluation through development and rollout, collaborating with multiple Frontend and Backend Teams
• Use your project management skills, ensuring alignment, quality output and, speedy delivery across different teams
• Collaborate closely with management, to identify Product improvement opportunities using data insights and strategic thinking
• Act as a connector between teams, enabling alignment, clarity, and collaboration across different domains and functions
• Work across a diverse set of product areas, gaining deep insights into various systems, technologies, and customer needs
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes that empower ownership and speed

Who you are

• Very experienced Medior with a solid Product Management skillset
• Experience in customer-facing E-commerce Industry (Fashion is a plus)
• Strong understanding of system architecture and how complex Frontend and Backend systems interact E2E
• Proficient in data-driven product development; comfortable using metrics, KPIs, and A/B Tests, to inform decisions
• Experience working in an international agile environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with different professions and management levels
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Ability to context-switch and manage a broad range of topics simultaneously
• Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-oriented mindset, data-drive and a focus on efficiency
• Proactive attitude, comfortable with taking responsibility for own decisions and going the extra mile when needed
• Experience working directly with other Product Managers, as well as Frontend and Backend engineering teams
• Comfortable working without a dedicated team, driving alignment across multiple teams
