Wellstar Medical Group is seeking Interventional Cardiologists to join our multi sub-specialty Cardiology group to provide cardiovascular care at multiple locations across metro-Atlanta and surrounding within our Cardiovascular clinics and in inpatient settings. Candidates must be board-certified (or BE) and fellowship-trained.
Our team has opportunities for Interventional Cardiologists in varying locations across metro-Atlanta and surrounding areas in Georgia. In addition to caring for patients in the office, the physician will have the opportunity to provide inpatient consults and procedures at multiple hospitals across the system.
Locations for Interventional Cardiology Positions: LaGrange and Columbia County, GA
Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care is the largest and most comprehensive provider of cardiovascular services in Georgia. The Wellstar Cardiac Network includes 11 hospitals and 30+ office locations throughout Georgia. With over 100 physicians and 90+ APPs, our team provides care for the entire spectrum of cardiac patients from surgery, structural heart, EP, advanced imaging, complex intervention, all modalities of mechanical circulatory support including ECMO and advanced heart failure. We also have a very comprehensive research program offering significant opportunities. We are currently members of the Critical Care Cardiology Trials Network and American Heart Association Cardiogenic Shock Registry.

Requirements
MD or DO
Applicants must be licensed or eligible for a license in the State of Georgia
Applicants must have completed the necessary Residency training requisite for their given specialty and be certified or qualified for Certifications by their respective specialty board
Previous practice experience in a Fellowship Training Program
It is expected that applicants will possess skills commensurate with their given specialty
Applicants will be expected to show proof of competency for the clinical skills applied for
