Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our medical team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. 

Responsibilities: - Perform physical examinations and record patient medical histories

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses under the supervision of a physician

Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, x-rays, and CT/MRI

Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications 

 Assist in surgeries and procedures as needed

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Experience:

Requirements

NEW Graduates

Previous experience as a Physician Assistant or in a similar role not needed

Valid Physician Assistant license in Arizona

Current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) 

Current DEA license- Must renew if it expires in first year hired 

Proficiency in performing sutures, wound care, and minor surgical procedures a bonus but not needed

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound clinical decisions

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
