Retail Distribution
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Network Strategy and Distribution Manager, reporting to Head of Network Management, Distribution Management & Strategy.
Principle Responsibilities
- Assist to formulate branch & self-service banking rationalization and implementation through effective project management
- Identify improvement opportunities for higher the service effectiveness and efficiency according to the desired business model
- Ensure the delivery of premium customer service in branch & self-service banking outlets
- Enhance customer experience and tackle customer opinions and complaints in a timely manner
- Uplift and manage branch & self-service banking facilities to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and frontline staff
- University degree in Business Management or other relevant qualifications
- Proven retail banking experience, with knowledge in branch network or self-service banking channel planning preferred
- Strong self-motivation, with excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
