MEP Project Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centers

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to lead the MEP aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring systems meet design specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver MEP systems for data center projects, overseeing installation quality and performance testing of critical infrastructure
• Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for power, cooling, and building systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineers, contractors, vendors) and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the MEP project lifecycle
• Ensure MEP systems compliance with industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency requirements
• Review technical submittals, monitor MEP performance metrics, evaluate system commissioning, and provide regular status reports
• Facilitate MEP system documentation, as-built drawings, and knowledge transfer for operations teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field with several years of experience managing MEP systems in data center or mission-critical facility projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of MEP infrastructure and relevant industry standards
• Strong technical expertise in MEP system design, construction methodologies, and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent coordination, scheduling and budget management skills with proficiency in project management software and documentation
• Proven problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting experience, and risk management in complex MEP environments
• Professional Engineering license and/or DCEP/DCTP certifications preferred; detail-oriented with hands-on MEP data center expertise
