Manager, Provider Recruitment

Location: Orlando, FL

Hybrid; 2 days in office (additional days as needed)

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Provider Recruitment to lead a high-performing team in attracting top-tier medical talent to support the continued growth of our multi-specialty healthcare system.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of provider recruiters, coordinators, and support staff.
• Oversee the full provider recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, contracting, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational growth.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and generate reports to identify trends and improve processes.
• Develop recruitment goals and KPIs in partnership with the Director of Provider Workforce.
• Forecast staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with budget and business objectives.
• Represent Orlando Health at recruitment events, conferences, and community engagements.
• Manage vendor relationships and recruitment-related expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in provider recruitment strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
