Manager, Project Management & Integration (On-Site)

$90-$115K commensurate with experience

In our time of growth, we are currently looking to add a Manager, Project Management & Integration to our Denver HQ team. This is an on-site position in our downtown Denver headquarters. We are not considering relocation for out of state candidates or candidates who are not in metro Denver.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the VP of Integration & Strategy, this role combines project management expertise with hands-on support for M&A integration activities and strategic projects across the Frontline Road Safety Group divisions. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support and drive planning, execution, and reporting across multiple integration workstreams. They will serve as a central coordination point between functional leads, regional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with Frontline's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the regional leaders and functional owners to develop and execute integration plans
• Manage plans leveraging tools like Smartsheet
• Support pre-close planning sessions, Day 1 readiness activities, and post-close stabilization efforts
• Track synergy realization, milestone completion, and issue resolution across workstreams.
• Assist in onboarding target company personnel and aligning systems, processes, and reporting structures
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through close, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Develop charters, project plans, RAID logs, and communication strategies in line with PMO standards
• Support communications planning and change management initiatives.
• Travel 10-15% to our Frontline locations and to potential new acquisitions
• Additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, project management, M&A integration, or corporate development.
• Previous Big 4 or consulting experience a major plus
• Strong proficiency in project tools (Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level and cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both individually and work cross functionally with team members across business units.
• Skilled in prioritizing a large number of initiatives. The ability to pivot quickly as demands change in real-time and the ability to adjust workflows to reflect practical time constraints are key.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and to manage multiple constituencies/priorities to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• A high level of curiosity, and a true desire for learning and passion for building a winning business
• Self-motivated and high energy; can easily function in a high-demand, fast paced, performance- driven environment
• Must be willing to roll-up sleeves and get work done; this position requires tactical, hands-on execution and a personal drive for results
• Ability to identify opportunities through business judgment and pattern recognition
• Capable of moving past barriers, being self-directed/motivated
• Previous construction industry experience a plus

COMPETITIVE PAY/BENEFITS PACKAGE

• Pay range will be commensurate with knowledge/skills/abilities but should fall in the range of $90-115K.
