Description
Job description:- Manage distribution and logistics operations, including international shipments, replenishments, and order-to-cash processes.
- Collaborate with global supply chain and PO&T teams to ensure timely and efficient logistics execution.
- Oversee FG shipments, invoicing, deviations, and reporting; lead cross-functional issue resolution.
- Identify and mitigate shipment risks, implementing corrective actions within compliance frameworks (SOX, GMP, GDP).
- Monitor inventory and supply chain dynamics, analyzing processes to improve efficiency and customer service levels.
- Provide guidance and training across D&L functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in a Logistics role with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience within an international and regulated environment is required
- Project Management experience and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience with Supply Chain tools, preferably:
- Oracle, Hyperion, PowerBI, TrackWise, SAP
