Are you passionate about delivering high-quality training and supporting learners to achieve their potential?
EDT is seeking a dedicated Leadership & Management Tutor/Assessor to deliver engaging teaching, learning, and assessment across Leadership & Management, Project Management, and Business Administration qualifications (Levels 2–5). This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on learners' professional development while working collaboratively with employers to align training with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver inclusive training sessions and assess learner competence using tailored methods.
Support learners throughout their journey, embedding literacy, numeracy, and employability skills.
Lead curriculum design, ensuring resources are innovative and sector-relevant.
Build strong employer relationships, promoting apprenticeships and ensuring safe learning environments.
Maintain compliance with DfE funding rules, Ofsted standards, and internal quality assurance processes.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, A1, D32/33 or equivalent).
Teaching qualification at Level 3 minimum (e.g., AET/PTLLS or equivalent).
Leadership & Management qualification at Level 5 minimum.
Substantial industry experience in Leadership & Management.
Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and curriculum design.
Desirable:
Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., OneFile, Smart Assessor, BUD).
Awareness of AI applications in education and training.
