Master-Works is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple IT projects and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts across various project teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all programs drive the desired outcomes for our clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage program scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor project managers across various projects, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed.
• Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics to track and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate resource allocation and team collaboration across projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, addressing challenges proactively.
• Engage with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
• Conduct regular program reviews, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards across all projects within the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT programs or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results.
