Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system through daily cycle counts, reconciliation, and stockroom management. This role will also involve assisting with special projects, collaborating with internal and external auditors, and utilizing problem-solving and analytical skills to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes to prevent future errors.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of inventory discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain the organization and accuracy of the stockroom inventory.
- Ensure that all inventory is properly labeled, stored, and secured.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inventory-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with special projects related to inventory management, such as inventory optimization, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Interact with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide inventory data and support for audits, as needed.
- Implement audit recommendations to improve inventory management processes.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in inventory management.
- Develop and implement solutions to complex inventory management problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all aspects of inventory management.
- Ensure that all inventory transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar inventory management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $47488 - $75980
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
