Description
We’re hiring an Application Support Supervisor to lead a team of IT professionals who support critical systems for Health and Human Services (HHS). In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, guide staff, and ensure technology solutions run smoothly and meet the needs of the department.
You’ll oversee IT projects, coordinate with other county departments and outside partners, and help ensure technology supports HHS goals. Responsibilities include managing staffing, training, budgets, and vendor contracts, as well as solving technical issues and maintaining high service standards.
This is a key leadership role that helps shape how technology improves services and supports the mission of HHS.
