About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is undergoing a major uplift and upgrade of their Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP system. They are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst who combines strong technical and functional knowledge of SyteLine with project management expertise. This individual will play a key role in guiding ERP initiatives, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Infor SyteLine upgrade and uplift projects and ERP initiatives, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.
• Act as liaison between operations, supply chain, production, and IT to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SyteLine on-premises applications.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, reports, and stored procedures to support decision-making.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards using Power BI (major plus).
• Facilitate project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare project documentation, workflows, and user guides to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) in a technical/functional role.
• Proven experience in Infor SyteLine upgrades, uplifts, or migrations on prem.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations processes (production, inventory, scheduling, supply chain).
• Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and visualization (major plus).
• Demonstrated Project Management skills (planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Formal Project Management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in ERP-related projects.
• Knowledge of integrations between SyteLine and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with data migration and data warehousing concepts.
